Through personalized one-on-one functional nutrition counseling, I will help you take control of your health using bio-individual protocols and nutrition education.
We will investigate the root cause of your concerns by diving deep into health history, functional assessments, and nutritional analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses within your body and discuss how to bring balance to these systems to reach your goals.

BOOK A FREE 30 MINUTE CONSULT CALL
During this introductory call you can share a little about your current health challenges and the health goals you’re working towards. I will also explain what it will look like to work together and answer any questions you have regarding the process. Prior to your call I will send you a short intake form so we can make the most of this time together.
SCHEDULE YOUR FIRST 3 MONTHS
True healing takes time, which is why I require a minimum of a 3 month commitment. Your initial 3 month package includes:
One 90 minute in-depth initial consultation
Two 60 minute follow-up sessions per month
Complete assessment of health concerns & goals
Step-by-step protocol for achieving health and wellness goals
Targeted supplementation recommendations
Progress tracking and protocol updates along the way
Access to professional supplement lines and 10% off select products
Correspondence through secure client portal in between sessions
Resources for lifestyle/dietary support (recipes, food/snack recommendations, meal prep, educational material, grocery guides, etc.)
Access to my professional referral network
Access to private HIPAA compliant client portal

EVALUATE YOUR PROGRESS
Towards the end of your 3 month package we will evaluate the progress you’ve made and create a plan for moving forward. Just as the “perfect diet” varies from individual to individual, the length of time needed to heal is also bio-individual. The option to continue our work together can be discussed at this time.
